LiveTiles Bots Product Update: Ability to Publish Bots to Microsoft Teams and Facebook Messenger

Some of you may be aware that we started a journey looking at virtual assistants, or ‘chatbots,’ a while ago with our LiveTiles Bots solution. Since then our team has been hard at work making sense of, and leveraging all the new and continuously evolving technology that is available. Even though we are still in the early days for these Conversational User Interfaces, especially when looking at the internal business setting, we are really excited about what is coming. It’s going to be a big year for bots!

New Improvements to LiveTiles Bots

This week we are happy to announce that bots built with LiveTiles Bots can now be published to Microsoft Teams and Facebook Messenger. This allows you to take advantage of one of the core benefits of bots—to meet your users where they already are. With this, you can increase your bot user adoption across popular communication channels your team is already using, enabling you to further leverage your existing technology investments.

You now have bot freedom. With our latest LiveTiles Bots update, you can make your Bots available not only on your intranet portal, but also via Teams or Messenger, allowing your users to access your bots on their mobile devices when they are not in the office.
