Andrew Gray

Non-Executive Chairman

Andrew Gray is a Managing Director with Potentia Capital, a private investment firm focused on technology, tech-enabled services, healthcare and HCIT businesses. He is also the Executive Chairman of Ascender HCM (Talent2 HRMS). Prior to founding Potentia, Andrew was a Managing Director of Archer Capital, a leading Australian private equity firm where he led the highly successful acquisition and divestment of MYOB. He also served as a Director of iNova Pharmaceuticals & V8 Supercars. Hewas previously a Partner with Francisco Partners (FP), leading their European activities where he led numerous transactions including the acquisition of Mincom, Aderant CMAC MicroTechnology, Ex Libris, and Endeavor Systems. Prior to FP Andrew co-founded and was COO of software firm Abilizer Solutions (sold to BEA/Oracle). Earlier in his career Andrew was a principal at Genstar Capital based in San Francisco, an investment banker with James D. Wolfenson and a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Andrew holds a Bachelor Degree with First Class Honors in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Business Administration from The Harvard Business School. He also serves on the Boards of a range of social impact ventures including GFF and Room to Read Australia.

Karl Redenbach

Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director

Karl Redenbach is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of LiveTiles. Karl was formerly the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the nSynergy Group, a global technology consulting business which was sold to ASX-listed rhipe Limited in December 2014. Karl holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and in December 2014, was awarded CEO of the Year by the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Matthew Brown

Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director

Matt Brown joined LiveTiles in January 2015 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Matt was previously a Division Director with Macquarie Capital in Sydney and New York. During his 12 years at Macquarie Capital, Matt advised on over $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions, divestments and capital raising transactions. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sydney.

Peter Nguyen-Brown

Chief eXperience Officer & Executive Director

Peter Nguyen-Brown co-founded LiveTiles with Karl Redenbach in 2012. Peter is former Chief Operating Officer of the nSynergy Group, which he co-founded with Karl Redenbach. Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Swinburne University. He has 20 years IT experience, including 15 years consulting and managing teams for enterprise solution deployment.

Mike Hill

Non-Executive Director

Mike Hill has more than 20 years’ experience working on corporate and private equity transactions in Australia and the UK. He is a former partner of Ernst & Young and in 2003 joined Ironbridge, a leading Sydney-based private equity firm with 1.5bn of funds under management. Mike has experience across multiple industries including technology, retail, media and manufacturing, serving on company boards and working closely with executive management teams to execute strategic growth objectives. Mike is currently the Executive Chairman of rhipe Limited (ASX:RHP), Chairman of INT Corporation Ltd (ASX:INT), Chairman of HJB Corporation Ltd (ASX:HJB) and Non-Executive Director of JustKapital Litigation Partners Ltd (ASX:JKL).

Andy McKeon

Non-Executive Director

Andy McKeon has over 25 years of global marketing experience and is currently the Global Accounts and Agencies Lead for Facebook and Instagram, based in San Francisco. Andy’s team manages relationships with Facebook’s most important customers, including Amazon, Nike, Apple, Ford, Microsoft, Walmart, Samsung and Visa and their advertising agencies.

Prior to joining Facebook, Andy was Creative Director at Apple where he worked under Steve Jobs and helped launch iPhones, iPads, Macs and iOS software.
