A Letter from our CEO

People are at the heart of LiveTiles. The health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, partners, and communities are our top priority during this unprecedented and rapidly changing period. We care deeply for all the families around the world that have experienced loss due to COVID-19 and are committed to minimising health risks and economic impact. We are standing together with Canva, Atlassian and fellow technology companies to ‘StopTheSpread’.

COVID-19 precautionary steps

In accordance with guidance from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local government authorities, we have established a safe work from home policy. I want to assure you that there will be no disruption to the support or services we provide, and we continue to stay focused on our products and our commitment to you, our customers and partners.

Our commitment

We, too, are actively navigating this space of uncertainty and disruption. As a technology company, we are putting initiatives in place to support businesses that are now forced to face the challenges of operating from home with a dispersed workforce.

For organisations heavily impacted on employee communication, especially with non-desk workers, we are offering our commercial mobile app for free, LiveTiles Condense, to assist with immediate notifications, alerts, communication and engagement between teams during these critical times.

We are also introducing a series of virtual education and enablement sessions to support our LiveTiles users remotely. These will be posted to www.livetiles.nyc/resources/events

We encourage you to stay informed via regular updates provided by the World Health Organization and local government authorities.

Please do not hesitate to reach out. We promise to keep you updated as circumstances unfold.

Sincerely,

Karl Redenbach
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, LiveTiles
